For the past 3 years, myself and my family have been lucky enough to have Sam Koessler & Amy Morgan as carer’s at our daughter’s day care centre. My daughter had some issues in her centre with transitioning carers and changes in rooms, and during this period Sam & Amy went out of their way to not only care for my daughter, but to become her friend. Sam and Amy became the constant in my daughter’s world when I wasn’t able to be, and restored my faith in a system of care, which at the time I was questioning. They are spectacularly patient, kind and genuine, and have gone above and beyond for not only my daughter, but for many others as well. Sam and Amy are the type of carers my daughter cherishes and that we would follow from centre to centre because of the level of care they offer, and the level of reassurances the provide somebody like myself, who works full time and entrusts my daughter to their care. Sam & Amy would be assets to any centre who is lucky enough to have them.
